Most everyone knows the story, but I’ll memorialize it here. I met and fell in love with Sequoia when I was in high school. We dated off and on throughout the years, and finally married in 2004. We had many good years together, and then we didn’t. We were friends at the beginning and somehow through the trauma of divorce remained friends in the end. He was always a constant in my life and I will miss him forever.

  1. I remember in HS feeling like you guys were a power-couple… Two popular hotties that fit. And your kids are gorgeous. I forgave the divorce because I know how it is with dynamic personalities and marriage… My own parents, my wife, many of us have gone through that – but not often remaining friends. ((HUGS)) to you and the family. <3 Justin
